Player Development and Conditioning Camps are recommended for each athlete playing ringette. Player development and conditioning camps are beneficial if your athlete is looking to improve or enhance skills during the season, stay in shape during the off-season or taking their game to the next level.
NW Ringette Association offers a Fall Conditioning Camp to all players at the beginning of each season to allow all athletes an opportunity to get back into the swing of things prior to the start of evaluations. For more information on the Fall Conditioning Camps make sure to check our website at the beginning of August or contact NW Ringette VP of Coaching/Development.
Player development and conditioning does not necessarily indicate attending ringette camps or having additional ringette/skating training. Development and conditioning that initiates and stimulates hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, agility, endurance, stamina and light resistance training can come in many forms and most physical activities touch on all these aspects that will provide future skill enhancement for your athlete.
