2025-26 Payment Options

We are pleased to offer 2 credit card payment options this season. All installments will automatically be charged to your credit card on the respective installment date. If your credit card needs to be updated before an installment is processed please contact registrar@nwringette.com.

Players trying out for Calgary AA should choose the Calgary AA option. You must also register directly with Calgary AA for their tryouts- registration with NWR is not a registration for AA. It is simply a placeholder for your athlete to indicate their intent to play with NWR if they do not make AA.

Grants and Financial Assistance

Kidsport recently increased their grants to qualified applicants for this year to $500. Go to Kidsport Calgary to apply.

One Goal to Assist is a NWR program to provide financial assistance to athletes who may face economic barriers, enabling them to participate in a ringette season. Please see NWR Financial Assistance Program

If you require any other payment considerations, please contact registrar@nwringette.com

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteering is an important part of helping all not-for-profit organizations operate and a signup commitment is part of the registration process. Please see our Volunteering with NW Ringette information as well as our Compulsory Volunteering Program Policy

Refunds

The full refund policy can be found in the NWR Rate & Fee Schedule 2025-26

Policies

Please refer to the NWR Policies and ensure you have read the following Northwest Ringette Policies as you will be required to acknowledge you have read and accept the policies before completing your registration.

Flex Ringette
